This is a regular on our menu, we have it at least once a week and absolutely love it. It’s by far my favourite cauliflower recipe. It’s no fail and delicious every time!
Recipe – Cauliflower Mash
Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower
- 80g butter
- 1.2 tsp white pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into florets and place in microwaveable container
- Microwave until cooked
- Place butter, hot cauliflower, salt and pepper in blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
You can substitute the butter with 100ml cream if you prefer.
