Another fast vegetable dish for weeknight dinners – this takes as much time to make as steaming or microwaving pumpkin. Can’t get any faster than that and it is simply delicious. This is faster than fast-food and about a million times healthier!
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 250g Pumpkin - Raw
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- Microwave / Steam your pumpkin, peeled and chopped in pieces, until done to your liking.
- Add butter and cinnamon and mix until combined.
